Huntington Beach Residence

The Brief

A newly built three-story home steps from the Southern California coast — and a family ready to make it theirs. They came to us with a clear vision: open, light-filled spaces that felt warm rather than cold, with materials that would age beautifully and a layout that worked for real life.

The Approach

We were brought in to lead all interior design decisions and coordinate with the project team to ensure every finish, fixture, and detail was executed exactly as intended.

The interior concept centers on a sculptural staircase — oak treads with integrated LED lighting and frameless glass panels — that runs through all three levels and sets the tone for the entire home. It's the first thing you see when you walk in, and it earns its place every time.

The main living level was designed as one continuous space: kitchen, dining, and living flowing into each other without interruption. A waterfall island in white quartz anchors the kitchen, paired with dark custom cabinetry and a full-height stone surround. The contrast is intentional — it gives the space depth without heaviness.

Wide-plank hardwood floors and large-format windows run throughout, keeping the palette grounded and the light generous at every hour of the day.

The Result

Every interior finish delivered to spec, on schedule. A home that feels considered from every angle — and a staircase that guests haven't stopped talking about.
