Here's exactly what working with us looks like, from the first conversation to the moment you walk through the door.
01 · Discovery Call
Let's get to know each other.
Every project starts with a conversation. We'll talk about your home, your goals, your timeline, and your budget — and you'll get a feel for how we work. This call is free, low-pressure, and usually about 30 minutes.
By the end, we'll both know if we're the right fit. And if we are, we'll talk about next steps.
02 · Concept Design
This is where the vision takes shape.
Once we're officially working together, we dive in. We'll develop the overall design direction for your space — the layout, the mood, the palette, the story we're telling. You'll see concept boards, space plans, and material directions before anything is finalized.
This is a collaborative phase. We want your feedback, your reactions, and your honest opinion. The goal is to make sure we're completely aligned before we move into the details.
Typical timeline: 3–5 weeks
03 · Design Development
Every detail, figured out.
With the concept approved, we get into the specifics. This means construction drawings, finish schedules, furniture selections, fixture specs — everything a contractor needs to build, and everything you need to feel confident about what's coming.
We also handle all purchasing at this stage. We source, order, and track every item so nothing falls through the cracks.
Typical timeline: 4–6 weeks
04 · Project Management
We become the lead for your project so you don't have to.
This is where most design projects fall apart — and where we're different. We work directly with your contractors, manage the schedule, handle issues as they come up, and keep everything moving forward. You'll get regular updates without having to chase anyone down.
Think of us as your advocate on-site. We're watching the details so you can focus on your life.

05 · Final Reveal
The moment it all comes together.
Furniture placed. Art hung. Every last detail styled and in its place. This is the part we love most — handing you a home that looks and feels exactly the way it should.
We do a final walkthrough together to make sure everything is perfect. And if something isn't right, we make it right.
